- How do you get your product listed on the platform?

1) Accessing the form:
- Website Navigation: Go to our website and click on the "List Your Product" option in the main menu.
2) Filling Out the Form:
- Name: Enter your full legal name.
- Email Address: Provide a valid email address that you frequently check.
- Phone Number: Enter a contact number where we can reach you if necessary.
- Product Details: Include a brief description of your products, specifying the type (e.g., 2D models, 3D models, animations, game design, fashion, Textures, Materials, and Mechanical Models).
3) After Submission:
- Review Period: Please allow [2–3 business days] for us to review your initial submission.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your submission.
4) Submission of Additional Details:
Upon acceptance of your product, please reply to our email and include the attached file:
- High-Quality PNG Images: Ensure that the PNG images are of high quality and professionally displayed, showcasing various views of your product (Front, Top, Bottom, Left, and Right).
- Comprehensive Product Description: Kindly provide a comprehensive description of your product.
- Animation: Please send a sample clip of the animation for review.
- Pricing Information: When submitting pricing information, remember that a 20% commission fee will be deducted from the price you set, as per our terms and conditions.
- Product File: ( Optional ) Please attach your original work file to the email.
5) After reviewing the document:
- Once we have received and verified the PNG's, Description and File format of your product you have submitted, we will promptly proceed with uploading it to the website.
- You will be notified once it is published on the website.
- How do I purchase a product on our website?

A: Follow these steps to get your purchase:
1) Submit a request:
- Go to the particular product you want to purchase and Fill in the required details (name, phone number, email ID) and submit your query along with its Item ID.
2) Response from Us:
- We will respond within 1–2 business hours to address your query.
3) Payment Instructions:
- Once you decide to buy the product and way of payment mode, Dmation World will then send you the details of the payment method through Email ID and then pay the required amount as shown in the product details.
Payment methods:
Payment details will be provided via email.
4) Confirmation of Payment:
- After making the payment, send a screenshot of the payment to the same email ID.
- Note: Payments will not be accepted if you don't send the screenshot of the payment.
5) Receipt and Product Delivery:
- Upon receiving the payment and screenshot, a receipt for the purchase will be generated and sent to you.
- The receipt and the purchased file will be emailed to you immediately once the payment is successful.
6) Payment Deadline:
- Payments must be made on the same day.
- We will not encourage or send files if you do not make the payment first.
- How will the lister get paid for their product?

- Payment from Buyer: Once a buyer purchases the product and the payment is processed, this might involve debit cards, online payment services like PayPal, or other methods.
- Invoice Generation: After the payment is received, an invoice or bill is generated and sent to both the buyer and the seller. This serves as a receipt and confirms the details of the transaction.
- Processing Time: The platform will do the payment for a short period of (1-7 working days). The 7-day period is a buffer to account for any technical issues, such as delays caused by banking system problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Transfer to Seller: Once the payment is cleared, the funds are transferred to the seller's designated bank account or payment method.
- How much commission do you charge and when is it deducted?

A: A commission of 20% is applied to all sales, which includes fees. For instance, if your product is sold for ($100 or 100 Rs), we will subtract ($20 or 20 Rs) as our commission, leaving you with ($80 or 80 Rs). This commission is deducted during the transaction process.
- What if there is a problem with the product?

A: If you encounter any problems with the product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email: Email us at dmationworld@gmail.com. In your email, describe the problem in detail.
- Processing Your Request: Once we receive your request, we will work to resolve the issue within 1-3 business days.
- Receiving the Fixed Product: After we have rectified the problem, we will send the resolved file back to you.
- Is there any refund on products?

A: Refunds are generally not provided except under specific circumstances, such as:
- Technical Issues with Download/Access: If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing the purchased product.
- Failure to Receive Product: If you do not receive the product due to technical issues on our end.
